Once a dinosaur bounty hunter, Hekar Shadowpath is the only survivor of his team, wiped out by a power plant accident. His body mutated, allowing him to survive to this deadly explosion. As a result his body turned bluer with electric glowing spikes. Since then he's training more and more to handle his new abilities.
